VENICA THIS WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR MARY THIS IS NOT FAR FROM HER PAST, WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO VISIT HERE FAMILY DUE TO TIME, AS ALWAYS CHASING THE CLOCK .HARRYS BAR WE WILL SEE, WE TRAVEL FROM THE STATION BY BOAT TO THE HOTEL LOOKING TO THAT, ST MARKS SQUARE FOR A COFFEE ITALIAN STYLE AND CAKE GUESS I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT.
SUNDAY
Well another huge day up at 5.am to get ready to journey again about 9.00 pm now just about time to end this day. We arrived in Venica about mid day good train trip, cant believe the directions you get over here ask three different people you get 3 different directions!!!! My fabulous boat trip was only 20 minutes and good it was the sea air I love it, I fell in love with this place the minute I stepped off the train. The boats the canals the architecture the atmosphere mm I love it. Did the circuit straight away, ended at Harry’s Bar but was full tomorrow, have to have a special drink their after that a gelato in square. Going to be a big one tomorrow. Love the place Mare and brian
MONDAY
Celebration was the theme for Sunday night bellini’s at Harry’s Bar,back to hotel for a bottle of champagne, compliments of hotel, we both toasted each other had lots of thoughts of our adventures. Then just as quickly as the night began Mare stopped and dragged herself to bed, so what was I to do, but finish the bottle. The breaking of the new day in this great place, was to be difficult one with a big hang over. Soldiering on we managed a small breakfast and headed to Murana Island to see how the glass was made. This was an experience watching these masters work. Had lunch there and headed back over the water in these fabulous crafted wooden boats. Still struggling with the night before we just walked around this very different location. Big day tomorrow early start as the sun is going down on this great adventure Milan next stop before departure back to oz. Mare and Brian
TUESDAY
Just had to add some more pix of this fabulous little window in our world. Can you imagine a church built right on the water, with a dock. imagine that on the Gold Coast for all the boat lovers. Anyway let the pictures tell the story. Bye to Venicia Mare and brian

Wyn have to say I loved Venice, but Rome so much to take in for me i couldnt choose at present. The birds were well feed it was raining the last visit so were unable to feed them.
